Do you offer warranty on your products?

Yes. All our skis are covered by a warranty that applies exclusively to manufacturing defects .

If you believe your product has a problem unrelated to misuse or impact damage, please email us at contact.absoluteskis@gmail.com with photos, your order number, and a brief description. Our team will review your case and advise you on the next steps.

What materials do you use in your skis?

All Lineal skis are made with high-quality materials, including wood cores, carbon or fiberglass reinforcements, and premium bases and edges. We design each ski to achieve a balance of strength, responsiveness, and lightness.

When will I get my order?

This is the pre-sell of a first edition. The delivery time extends depending on how fast this first edition is sold.

Do the skis include bindings?

No. Our skis are sold without bindings.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders over 600€ shipping, it is included.

Payments, returns and refunds

Are my payment details safe with you?

All direct payment gateways comply with the standards set by PCI-DSS, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint initiative of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Do you offer refounds?

Yes — you can request a refund within the eligible return period, provided the skis are unused and in their original condition.

If the product shows damage due to misuse, impact, or lack of care, we will not be able to issue a refund. However, we offer a 20% discount on a new pair for customers whose skis have been damaged and who request assistance.

How long after purchase can I request a refund?

You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Exceptions may apply for special programs or pre-sales.

How do returns work?

Contact us at contact.absoluteskis@gmail.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Who pays for shipping costs in case of a refund?

If the return is due to a manufacturing problem or an error on our part, we will cover all shipping costs.

If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect order, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Products returned with damage (not due to manufacturing defects) are not eligible for a refund.
